Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Important Notice
- Any return request made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Please contact us first at service@mastonfitness.com before returning any item.
- Returns without prior authorization will be rejected.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be in original condition (unused, undamaged, with packaging and tags)
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gifted items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- Hygiene-sensitive products once opened or used (if applicable)
Returns Not Accepted In The Following Cases
We do not accept returns in these situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer no longer wants the product
- Ordered wrong product, model, or size by mistake
- Found a better price elsewhere
- Minor issues that do not affect product functionality (e.g., slight color variation due to screen differences)
General Return Process

Request a return:
Email us at service@mastonfitness.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product. -
Approval:
Our team will review your request within 3 business days. -
Ship the item:
If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. -
Inspection & resolution:
Once received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 working days and:- Issue a refund, or
- Send a replacement (exchange)
Return Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we cover the cost
- If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer pays shipping
- No restocking fees will be charged
Refunds
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 working days
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank/credit card provider (processing delays may occur)
- If still unresolved, email service@mastonfitness.com
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
