SHIPPING INFORMATION

All customer orders are packed and shipped from our distribution center in Dubai, UAE.
Every product goes through our strict quality-control process before dispatch.

We ship through our Maston Fitness Logistics and Flash EXPRESS partnership, offering competitive shipping rates and fast transit times across the UAE.

This allows us to provide free delivery and prime-speed shipping to all customers.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can check real-time order updates on our Track My Order page.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within the UAE.

Some remote areas such as Ruwais, Abu Dhabi may require 3–7 business days for delivery.

SHIPPING AREAS

We currently ship only within the UAE.

Other GCC countries are not included at the moment.

We offer free delivery throughout the UAE.

TRUCK DELIVERY POLICY

For large and heavy treadmills, we use a dedicated truck delivery service to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
This method also allows us to provide customized installation services at the time of delivery.
