One-Year Limited Warranty
We are pleased to offer a one-year limited warranty on your purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and is valid from the date of the original purchase.
During this one-year period, if you experience any issues not caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, we will repair or replace the product to ensure your satisfaction. Please retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

Maston Fitness Quality Assurance
All Maston Fitness products are manufactured and tested under strict quality control standards. Provided that damage is not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect, our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
Structural Frame Warranty
Maston Fitness warrants that its structural frames are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, under standard household use. This warranty is non-transferable.
Product Testing and Proper Use
We recommend carefully testing the product after full assembly to ensure structural integrity and functionality. If any parts are missing, damaged, or malfunctioning, please contact our support team before use.
Maston Fitness is not liable for any damage or failure resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or failure to follow assembly instructions. Regular maintenance and proper care are essential to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Exclusions – Not Covered Under Warranty
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
* Misuse, abuse, accidents, improper assembly, or neglect
* Failure to follow the instruction manual
* Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, rubber grips, footings, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs, scratched or broken covers, paint, finish, and other cosmetic parts
* Wear and tear of parts that naturally degrade over time through normal use
* Improper storage, modification, or unauthorized alterations
* Noises (e.g., squeaks, clunks, thumps, grinding) due to poor or insufficient maintenance
Important: Warranty claims must include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. Maston Fitness may provide replacement parts (new or refurbished) or repair the product after inspection. Any replacement or repair will carry the original purchase date’s warranty coverage and does not extend the original warranty period.
Coverage Limitations
This warranty does not cover shipping, labor, assembly, reassembly, or any other incidental, consequential, or special costs related to repair or replacement.
Modifications and Contact Information
Maston Fitness reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time. Changes will not affect warranty terms applicable at the time of your original purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Except for the limited warranty provided herein, and to the extent permitted by law, Maston Fitness disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the term of this warranty. Some emirates or provinces may not allow such limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
Repair or replacement (as specified above) is your sole and exclusive remedy. Maston Fitness is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including—but not limited to—loss of revenue, profits, downtime, rental costs, property damage, or third-party claims, regardless of the legal theory involved (warranty, contract, statute, or tort).
Even if this limited warranty fails in its essential purpose, Maston Fitness’ liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by Emirate or Province.
