Each of our customer orders is packed and shipped from our distribution center in Dubai, UAE. This means that every product goes through our rigorous quality control process before it is shipped to you.

Our shipments are delivered by our Maston Fitness and Flash EXPRESS Express partnership, offering the most competitive shipping rates and transit times throughout the UAE.

This means you can enjoy free shipping and "prime" shipping times.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES 
Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days.

Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number associated with the order. You can check the real-time status of your order by entering your order information on the Track My Order page.

After a package leaves our warehouse, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days to reach its destination. Orders can be delivered within 3 - 7 business days for some areas such as Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.

SHIPPING AREAS 
Currently, we only ship within the UAE region. other GCC countries are excluded. We offer free delivery within the UAE to our customers.
